4 3/4 cups of fresh chanterelle mushrooms (500g), washed and cleaned

For the sauce
1/4 cup of olive oil (60ml)
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 tablespoons of water
2 cups of fresh cilantro, chopped (120g)
1/2 teaspoon of salt or to taste

In a small bowl, season the mushrooms with salt and reserve
Makes the sauce: in a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth. Reserve
Aquatic grill well and brown the mushrooms (about 3 minutes)
Mix with the sauce and serve
If desired, distribute the sauce among six plates and arrange the mushrooms on top
