Dough
Combine the yeast and milk, mixing well
Add the flour and cornstarch, mixing until just combined
Add the eggs, melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth
Add the chopped candied fruits, mixing until just combined
Bake the oven at medium temperature and grease the form with butter
Place the dough, cover, and let it rest until it doubles in volume
Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown
Let it cool
Bake again at medium temperature
Topping
With an electric mixer, beat the egg white
Add the confectioner's sugar and cinnamon, mixing well
Dust over the dove and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar
Bake for 10 minutes or until the topping browns
Let it cool
Break gently and serve.
