3 cups of water
1/2 kg mixed fruits (pears, figs, damsons, pears, tamarinds)
1 cup black plums without pit
1/2 cup raisins or preferred jelly
1 cup cherries without pits
2 bananas peeled and sliced
1 cup apricots
1 lemon sliced
6 cinnamon sticks
2 tablespoons of cane sugar
1 orange
1/2 cup mixed grapes or plums without pit
1/2 cup brandy
2 bananas sliced thickly
3 cups of water
1/2 kg mixed fruits (pears, figs, damsons, pears, tamarinds)

Mix the water, 1/2 kg mixed fruits, plums, and raisins in a large pot with capacity for 6 liters
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the fruits are tender
Add cherries, bananas, apricots, lemon, and spices
Simmer for another 5 minutes
Grate the orange peel and set aside
Remove the orange peel, divide it into sections, and add to the fruit mixture
Add fresh grapes or plums, bananas, and bring to boil again
Remove from heat and stir in the reserved orange peel
Cover and let rest for 15 minutes
