2 cups of pineapple, cut into small cubes
1 cup of papaya, cut into small cubes
1 cup of strawberries, cut in half lengthwise
2 tablespoons of honey
2 ripe pineapples (1 kg), cut into chunks
1 banana-prata, cut into rounds
2 fresh plums, cut into thin slices

Cut the pineapples into pieces and blend in a processor or blender until smooth
Strain the pineapple puree through a sieve over a bowl, add the honey and mix well
Distribute the obtained cream among six glasses and refrigerate while preparing the salad
In a bowl, mix all the other fruits
Remove the glasses from the refrigerator and spread the salad over the cream
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate again
Decorate with parsley leaves at serving time.
