4 medium grapes (700 g)

2 spoons of vodka

Pit, cut and remove the seeds from the grapes
In a pot mix together the sugar and water
Let it boil vigorously with strong heat, stirring only until the sugar dissolves for about 2 minutes
Add the grape, let it boil again and cook for 1 minute
Let it cool down for about 30 minutes
Pour the mixture into a processor or blender, beat until creamy
Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Add the vodka
Pour into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and put in the freezer until firm
Take out of the freezer about 30 minutes before serving so it doesn't get too hard
