Pastry dough

3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Baking powder and cinnamon to dust
Stuffing
4-5 green mascarpone
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons of raisins

Pastry dough: mix the ingredients until smooth
Roll it out in a baking pan with your fingers and bake at medium heat for 8 minutes
Stuffing: chop the mascarpone and dust with sugar mixed with cinnamon
Add the raisins and spread over the cake base
With the remaining dough, cover the cake and put it in the oven
Bake until golden brown and remove from the oven
Dust with sugar and cinnamon to taste.
