Beat the ingredients in a blender
Heat a non-stick skillet greased with a little butter over medium heat
Cook for a few minutes until the edges start to brown, then flip and reserve
Filling
Mix well the ingredients
Microwave for 1 minute on high power
Place the filling in the center of the reserved pastry dough and fold into quarters (like an envelope)
Brown each side of the crepe for 1 minute.
