5 slices of lean ham, cooked
6 slices of prato cheese

Toast the bread slices and then spread butter on them
Place a pan over medium heat with spinach, nutmeg, and flour
Cook for a few minutes
Spread the spinach mixture onto the bread slices
Top each sandwich with a slice of ham and cheese
Sprinkle with black pepper
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°F (90°C) for 10 minutes
Serve over lettuce leaves, if desired
Serve 6 sandwiches.
