Dough:
2 packets of fresh yeast for bread
100 ml of warm milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 kg of wheat flour.
Filling:
1 onion
1/2 clove of garlic
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
500 g of ground beef
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh herbs
Salt to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Dough:

Activate the yeast in milk with sugar
Add olive oil, salt, and a little flour
Knead well and add the remaining flour, gradually, until it comes off the hands
Form a ball and place it in a cup of water
Cover the rest of the dough with a cloth
When the ball floats, the dough is ready
Filling:
Sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato in olive oil
Turn off the heat and add the ground beef
Season with parsley, herbs, salt, and lemon juice
With the dough, form 20 balls
Open them with your hand and leave the thicker edge
Distribute the filling in the center and arrange the empanadas on a baking sheet dusted with wheat flour
Bake in a medium preheated oven until the edge is lightly golden.
