1 jar of blackberry or jaboticaba jam
1/2 cup of water
4 fresh plums, cut in half
2 pears, peeled and cored, and seeds removed
2 apricots, peeled and cut in half

In a saucepan, mix the jam with water
Heat over low heat until the jam dissolves
Arrange all the fruits in a baking dish, with the cut side facing down
Pour the hot jam mixture over the top and roast for about 25 minutes
Brush with the pan juices while roasting
Serve warm or at room temperature
Portion into 4 servings.
