330 g of dried raspberries
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 scoops of cream ice

Wash the raspberries, soak them in water and let them boil for 10 minutes without a lid
Cook for another 15 minutes with the lid on, adding the sugar during the last 5 minutes of cooking
Purée the raspberries with the liquid using a blender or food processor
Add the vanilla extract
Let it cool down
In individual cups, place alternating layers of the puréed raspberry mixture and lightened cream ice
Put it in the freezer to serve at the desired time
Serves 8-10 portions.
