1 1/3 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
15 beaten eggs
Cinnamon to dust (optional)

In a medium saucepan, heat the sugar and water over low heat
When the syrup starts to boil, stir for an additional 5 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool
Add the eggs, return to heat and stir until slightly thickened
If desired, dust with cinnamon
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
