12 small pears or 6 regular pears
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 cups (chopped) of water
2 cups (chopped) of sugar
4 tablespoons of cranberry

1 Peel the pears, leave the core and soak in lemon juice
In a pot, mix together water, sugar, and cranberries
Let it simmer for 20 minutes
2 Add the pears and cook for another 10 minutes
Let it cool down and store in a compote jar.
