1 3/4 cups of sugar

1 cup of fresh heavy cream
2 tablespoons of sugar (315g)

Prepare the whisper: Beat the egg whites until snowy white
Add the sugar gradually and continue beating until stiff peaks form
Shape into mounds using 2 spoonsful of the mixture in a greased baking dish, leaving space between each one
Bake in a low oven (100°C), with the door half-open, for 1 hour or until well dried
Remove from the baking dish and let cool
Prepare the chantilly: Beat the heavy cream with sugar to form stiff peaks
Don't overbeat or it will become buttery
Place a layer of chantilly between two whispers
If desired, serve chilled
