1 cup of seedless watermelon, cut into chunks (190g)
4 tablespoons of white rum
1 tablespoon of melon liqueur or vodka
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 teaspoon of sugar, if using melon liqueur, or 2 teaspoons if using vodka
2 ice cubes
1 lime wheel with skin (for garnish)

In a blender, puree all the ingredients until smooth
Serve in a 300ml glass
Garnish the rim with a lime wheel.
