Whisk the cream until slightly thickened, then add mayonnaise, ketchup, brandy, and diced passion fruit
Mix well and refrigerate
Cook the crab in a steamer for 4 minutes
Let it cool slightly and clean the crab, removing heads and shells
Cut into small pieces and let it cool completely
Combine the prepared mixture with cream and season
Fill 6 cocktail glasses and garnish with passion fruit slices
Serve immediately, portioning approximately 383 calories per serving.
