Clean the rose shrimp as follows: remove shells, heads, and leave tails
Make a cut on the backs of the shrimp and use a skewer to remove intestines
Wash well with running water and reserve
Put the water to boil and add salt
Add the shrimp to boiling water and cook for 2 minutes
Remove them with a skimmer and reserve, covered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator
Make the sauce: put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork vigorously until a homogeneous cream is formed
Distribute the sauce in bowls or cups and arrange shrimp along the rim
Place the head part inside the bowl and tail parts facing outwards
Serve immediately.
