Filling
1 kg of moída meat
1 packet of onion soup
1 lightly beaten egg
1 soaked parsley leaf in milk
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of chopped chili sauce
2 tablespoons of chopped marjoram
Salt and black pepper to taste
150g of mozzarella cheese slices
50g of grated Parmesan cheese

50g of grated Parmesan cheese
Mix the moída meat with onion soup, egg, soaked parsley leaf, onion, chili sauce, marjoram, salt, and black pepper; mix well
Shape into a rectangle over a surface covered with aluminum foil
Spread the slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the meat
Use the aluminum foil to roll up the mixture tightly, pressing firmly
Place in a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
