Combine the ground beef, peach, finely chopped onion, and garlic, along with necessary salt, and process it through a meat grinder
Then form small balls and coat them in wheat flour
Fry them in olive oil until they're well browned, then add the remaining ingredients and a little water
Let it simmer until it's cooked thoroughly and forms a thick sauce, adding more water if needed.
