3 cups of strawberries

1 tablespoon of fresh ginger juice
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
white wine or champagne

Blend the strawberries in a blender
Add the sugar to a saucepan and heat over low flame until it dissolves and forms a syrupy consistency
Remove from heat and stir in the fresh ginger juice and lime juice
Fill 1 tablespoon of the strawberry mixture into a wine glass or champagne flute, and top with white wine or champagne
Prepare 40 servings
Nota: To obtain ginger juice, grate finely and squeeze well.
