1 1/2 cup of peaches, chopped
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 bottle of chilled Prosecco
4 ripe peaches

Mash the peaches with sugar and lemon to obtain a thick puree
Place in a punch bowl or crystal jug and top with the chilled Prosecco, mixing gently
Serve in fluted glasses.
