3/4 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
1/2 cup of finely chopped ice
cinnamon to taste

Combine the egg liquor, rum, orange juice, milk, grated ginger, and finely chopped ice in a blender
Blend well
Pour into a highball glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
