Place the bananas in a blender with the water, rum, orange liqueur, citrus syrup, and sugar
Blend well
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze
To serve, place the frozen mixture in a blender and blend until creamy
Serve in chilled cocktail glasses and garnish with mint leaves
