1/2 kg of zucchini
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 finely chopped garlic clove
To taste salt
3 tablespoons of oil
4 medium-sized zucchinis cut into 1/2 cm thick slices
1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup of water
1/2 kg of zucchini
1 tablespoon of soy sauce

Remove the zucchini's stems and veins, cut it into 4 cm wide pieces, then cut them diagonally into thin strips
Mix with soy sauce, garlic, and salt
Let it rest for about 15 minutes
Heat a frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil
Fry the zucchini until it loses its red color, stirring occasionally
Remove from the pan
Add another tablespoon of oil and add the zucchinis
Fry for 1 minute, stirring
Add 1/2 cup of water and cover
Let it cook for an additional 3 minutes
Add the zucchini, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and stir for an additional 30 seconds
Add the cornstarch dissolved in water and stir for an additional minute to thicken slightly
Serve with rice
