Sauté the finely chopped onions in a pan with some oil over low heat for almost an hour until they reach a gelatinous consistency
Be careful not to burn them
Add the paprika and let the mixture cook for another 5 minutes
Add the chicken pieces cut into bite-sized portions, cover the pan tightly, and let it simmer slowly for 1/2 hour
Add the diced green peppers and season with salt to taste
Let it cook for another 1/2 hour
Dissolve the flour in heavy cream, then add it to the pan, stirring constantly, making sure not to boil too much lest it becomes too watery
Serve with rice.
