Season the meat with salt and black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a pan, coat the meat with flour and brown it in the oil

Add the onions and garlic and let them caramelize
Add the tomato, coriander seeds, cumin powder, orange juice and zest, water, and cook for about an hour or until the meat is tender
If needed, add more water

Add the okra and cook for another 15 minutes or until they are tender.
