Fry the onion slices lightly in butter or margarine in a pressure cooker
Remove them from the cooker when they are yellow and soft
Season the beef ribs on all sides with salt, and add more butter or margarine if needed
Mix all the ingredients together and place them over the beef ribs
Close the pressure cooker lid and set the valve
When the valve starts to wobble, cook for 50 minutes
Let the beef ribs cool naturally
Serve with rice and salad
