Season the beef with salt and set aside
Blend the garlic, onion, tomato, and butter in a processor or blender until smooth
Place the beef in a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread the butter mixture over it
Bake for about 35 minutes
Serve hot, spooning the juices from the baking dish.
