Preheat the oven at high temperature
Cut eight rectangles of parchment paper with 25 x 30 cm dimensions
Stack them two by two
Season the brie slices with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper and coat them in flour
Arrange the brie slices on top of the stacked parchment paper rectangles
Brush with butter and sprinkle green olives on top
Close tightly forming packages and arrange them in a baking dish
Bake for about 15 minutes
Serve immediately, placing the packages on the table.
