Filling: In a pan, heat the oil, sauté the onion and linguiça, and set aside to cool

Butter and flour a 22x18cm baking dish
Alternate layers of dough, linguiça, and Requeijão cheese
Sprinkle with parsley and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
