Dough:
Prepare the green beans as instructed on the package. Reserve
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, dried active yeast, vegetable oil, and dark brown sugar
Mix at low speed for 7 minutes
Switch to high speed, gradually add the green beans, and mix until a smooth and homogeneous dough forms
Let it rest for 20 minutes, covered with plastic wrap
Divide the dough into 10 equal balls and shape each one into a rose form
Arrange the doughs on greased baking sheets
Let them rise for 30 minutes
Topping:
Gently brush the surface with the beaten egg and sprinkle with rolled oats
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes.
