Butter or Margarine
1 to 2 cloves of minced garlic

1 to 2 cloves of minced garlic
Cut the pork into 1 cm thick slices
In the oven, melt enough butter or margarine to cover the bottom of a baking dish or Pyrex
Remove from the oven
Add the minced garlic
Arrange the pork slices in the baking dish and turn them once, so both sides are well-greased
Place in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
