Cut the pork rib tips into portions or season the whole piece with pepper and salt
If possible, let the meat marinate for another day

Coat the meat in wheat flour until well coated

Fry the pork rib tips in olive oil and reserve

Mushroom: heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the bacon
Add the onion, carrot, parsley, beer, and stir-fry until thickened

Turn the fried pork rib tips into the pan with the mushroom sauce and let it cook for a bit longer, adding water as needed
Stick a fork in the meat to see if it's tender
When it is, remove from heat and serve.
