Season the steaks with salt and black pepper
Dredge in flour, pressing gently with your palms to ensure even coating
Next, dip into the beaten eggs and finally into the breadcrumbs
Heat about 1 1/2 inches of olive oil in a 9.5-inch skillet over medium heat
Cook three steaks at a time, adjusting the heat as needed to prevent burning
Flip once to brown both sides
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
Serve hot six times
