1 Blend all the ingredients except the meat in a blender
Place the pork loin in a refrigerator, make several holes in it with a fork and marinate it with this sauce
2 Bake at medium heat for 30 minutes or until the meat is tender and juicy when cut
3 Flip the meat halfway through
Check the salt and add more if necessary
Wait five minutes before removing from the oven
Serve with the formed sauce.
