100g corn bread crumbs

Place the onion in a pan with olive oil and garlic
Add the cod, cut into pieces, and cook over low heat
Cover the pan and cook for an additional 10 minutes, flipping the cod halfway through
When the onion is almost cooked, add the linguiça
Transfer everything to a baking dish and top with corn bread crumbs
Beat the eggs, season, and place on top of the cod
Bake in a medium oven (350°F) for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden
This dish can be served with mashed potato puree
