Soak the pork chops in lukewarm milk seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, and oregano for 1 hour
Drain and pan-fry the pork chops in a little oil over low heat for about 8 minutes per side
Remove the pork chops from the pan and place them on a heated platter
Add the flour to the pan fat and mix well
Gradually add the lukewarm milk, stirring for 3 minutes
Serve with the creamy sauce spooned over the pork chops.
