4 filets of mignon beef

Remove the butter from the refrigerator 1 hour before preparing the recipe
Whisk the butter with the salt and pepper
Season with a bit of lemon juice
Add the chopped green onion and parsley
Refrigerate to firm up slightly
Form into a roll, wrap in aluminum foil, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
Cut into slices
Place a thin slice of lemon on each filet after frying, and top with a slice of the butter mixture
Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
