Wrap the meat in plastic film
Leave it in the freezer until it's frozen solid but not too hard
Take it out and slice it into thin strips using a cold-cutting machine
Separate the slices using pieces of plastic film
Put it back in the freezer to serve at the right moment

Mix all the ingredients together, except for the cheese
About 20 minutes before serving, distribute the slices of meat on plates
Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with cheese
