2 tablespoons of baking powder

Beat the eggs lightly in a blender
Stop and add the remaining ingredients
Mix well
Pour into an aluminum pan (step 3) greased with butter or oil
Top the raw dough with your preferred filling: crab cream (the one we tried in our kitchen), sardines, prosciutto, etc
Place tomato slices on top and drizzle with a little olive oil
Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes
Cut into squares and serve warm.
