In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, onion, salt, and black pepper
Spread a thin layer of mustard over each half of the patty bun
Top with a layer of ground beef about 1 cm thick
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes, or until the meat is cooked
When serving, garnish with chopped hard-boiled egg, ketchup, or mustard
