2 green peppers, chopped
2 red peppers, chopped
1/3 cup of lemon juice
1/2 cup of water
1/3 cup of olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of English mustard (optional)
1 tablespoon of prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon of paprika

Clean the squid, slice into rings, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook in a little water for about 10 minutes to prevent toughness
Clean the mussels, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice
Cook over low heat for a few minutes without adding water
Season the scallops with salt, pepper, and lemon juice
Cook pasta, drain, and let cool
Mix all seasoning ingredients well
Combine pasta with seafood, add seasoning, and mix well
Serve 6-8 portions.
