1 tablespoon olive oil
1 slice of garlic, minced
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 cups chicken broth (with a little salt) diluted in warm water
2 carrots, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1/2 package frozen spinach
1 bakery chicken breast, boneless and chopped
Black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a pot
Add the garlic and onion and let them caramelize
Add the two cups of chicken broth, carrots, celery, and cook until the vegetables are tender
Add the frozen spinach and chicken breast
Wait for it to heat up
Season with black pepper to taste.
