1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 tablespoons of dried beef, browned
2 tablespoons of avocado cream
6 radish leaves
1 red tortilla (or a thin slice of serrano ham)
Avocado Cream
Half an avocado, peeled and cubed without the skin
2 tablespoons of light margarine
1 cup of skim milk
Salt and ground nutmeg to taste

Half an avocado, peeled and cubed without the skin

To prepare the cream, cook the avocado in water until it's soft
Drain and press the avocado through a sieve
Return to heat and add the margarine and milk
Mix well until it becomes a creamy purê
Season with salt and ground nutmeg and reserve
Brown the dried beef in olive oil
Assemble the wrap: place the cream, beef, and radish leaves on the tortilla
Roll up, cut in half, and serve.
