First variation: Place a slice of cheese and mortadella on each slice of white bread
Spread a spoonful of mango gelatin on each sandwich and garnish with pickles
Second variation: Fry the bacon into thin slices and place it along with a slice of Minas Cheese on each slice of white bread
Sprinkle the chopped beetroot mixed with pickles on top, and finish with a little mayonnaise
Finish with a few dried grapes
Third variation: Melt the Minas Cheese in a bain-marie with a little milk until it forms a creamy consistency, then spread it on each slice of whole wheat bread
Garnish with some marinated dried grapes that have been soaking in Marsala Wine for several hours.
