1 can of tomato puree (2 cups)
1/2 cup of water

750 g zucchinis, with skin, cut into 2.5 cm cubes

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and cook the meat until it browns
Remove and reserve
Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, chopped onion, and garlic to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes over low heat, until they soften
Add the meat, tomato puree, water, salt, oregano, and black pepper
Let it simmer, covered, over low heat until the meat is tender
Add more water if necessary
Place the zucchini in the pan, without stirring, cover, and cook over low heat for about 1/2 hour, until the zucchinis are tender
Serve 6 portions.
