1 3 kg turkey
0.5 kg pork belly, cut into slices
2 soup spoons of salt

200 g of prunes, scalded in boiling water
200 g of pine nuts or chopped walnuts
0.5 kg pork loin, boned and peeled

Wash the turkey thoroughly inside and out, removing the head and legs
Rub the entire turkey with salt and black pepper
In a bowl, separate the prunes, pine nuts or chopped walnuts, pork loin, boned and peeled, and mix well
Fill the turkey cavity with this mixture and sew it shut
Cover the turkey with slices of pork belly
Place the turkey in a medium oven (170°C), in a greased baking dish, until cooked through
Baste occasionally with Moscato wine
Serve hot.
