Wash the spinach leaves and cook them over low heat in their own juices until tender
Drain and let cool
Squeeze out excess moisture and chop finely
Combine the cooked spinach, tofu, garlic, soy sauce, flour, and salt
Divide into eight equal portions
Brush a smooth surface with oil and shape each portion into a patty
Form each patty to obtain a burger
Brush an anti-adhesive pan with oil and cook over high heat until golden brown on both sides
Serve immediately.
