6 hot dog buns warmed up

Preheat the oven to a medium-high temperature (200°F)
Make a cut about 1 inch long on each sausage
Place in an ungreased baking dish and bake for 5 minutes
Mix together the sweet potato, yogurt, and scallion
Fill the cooked sausages with this mixture
If desired, serve in hot dog buns
Makes 6 servings.
