Cut a large onion into thin rings. Remove the skins. Soak the rings in milk, drain slightly, and coat with seasoned flour, salt, and pepper. Fry in plenty of oil or hot olive oil, in batches, until golden brown and crispy. Drain well on paper towels. Serve warm.
